If you are looking for KnitPro knitting needles, this is a great place to go (they sell other things too but that’s what I shopped for). They are an affiliated partner with KnitPro so you know the products are legitimate and of a high quality. There was a slight error with my order but it was fixed with such efficiency and grace. I sent a polite email explaining the situation and was replied to within the same day and the correct product was on its way within a day or two, with no additional charges. Mistakes happen, we’re all human; but the way it was handled has absolutely cemented me as a returning customer. Consider me your stamp of approval for great customer service. I found James (very luckily) when I was hunting for 2mm bamboo circular needles to do an ultra fine cashmere/silk knitted lace project - he is the only stockist I could find in the UK.
