The website is easy to navigate, I knew what I needed it was just a matter of choosing the colour of the sock yarn and eucalan wash, I ordered the grapefruit this time for a change. My order arrived well wrapped and no plastic bags. I was kept informed during the time I placed my order and it being dispatched and arriving. I am delighted with the language sock yarn the colours are very pretty.

Thank you James for supplying this beautiful Langs Promise wool. It’s just about the nicest yarn I have ever knitted. The colour has a wonderful depth and there is such a great choice of shades. It’s knitting up very quickly and it is just very good for arthritic fingers. Excellent service as always

I love the small touches like having a label that can be sewn onto your projects, giving a professional feel to your work and so you never forget what products were used and where they came from. James is very knowledgeable and his reviews on products he sells are worth reading. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a set of Lantern Moon Needles from James earlier this year. They are fantastic and becoming one of my favourite sets to use. When one of my needles broke during the first use James very kindly and very promptly sent me a replacement out that week. Very impressed with the service he provided and communication was excellent too. I would certainly recommend buying from him.

I came across James whilst looking for homespun yarns. I'm so pleased I did as my experience has been exceptional. The personal touch and advice saved me time and money. He wont sell you something if he thinks it's not suitable for your project which is great for beginners and those like me who have returned to knitting after a 30 year break. You'll also enjoy his newsletters which are fun and heartfelt showing his personality and love of all things to do with knitting and crocheting. The packaging is well thought out and sustainable. I have already been back again and again and will continue to do so. Give him a try you won't be disappointed.

I’ve had an exceptional experience shopping from this business. If you are looking for KnitPro knitting needles, this is a great place to go (they sell other things too but that’s what I shopped for). They are an affiliated partner with KnitPro so you know the products are legitimate and of a high quality. There was a slight error with my order but it was fixed with such efficiency and grace. I sent a polite email explaining the situation and was replied to within the same day and the correct product was on its way within a day or two, with no additional charges. Mistakes happen, we’re all human; but the way it was handled has absolutely cemented me as a returning customer. Consider me your stamp of approval for great customer service. I’ve had a fantastic experience communicating with James to resolve my very minor issue and voila, my problem evaporated pretty damn fast. Highly recommend shopping from and supporting this business. Plus the lovely little hand written thank you note is always a lovely and personal touch :)
