Seeknit CURVE Interchangeable Knitting Needle Tips

The Seeknit CURVE Interchangeable Knitting Needle Tips are designed to offer a smooth, precise, and adaptable knitting experience. Available in a range of sizes and lengths. Part of the CURVE Koshitsu system, these bamboo needle tips combine thoughtful engineering with natural materials to create tools that feel balanced and effortless to use.

Crafted from carefully selected bamboo, the needle tips undergo the Koshitsu high-pressure and heat treatment process, enhancing their strength and durability while maintaining a light, warm feel in the hand. The surface is polished with natural plant wax, resulting in a smooth finish that allows stitches to glide easily while supporting even, consistent tension.

The defining feature of the CURVE system is the seamless transition between the bamboo tip and the stainless steel fitting. This gentle, almost invisible join prevents yarn from catching, allowing stitches to move freely and uninterrupted across the needle.

The needle tips connect quickly and securely to Seeknit CURVE cables, allowing you to build a flexible knitting setup that can be adapted to suit each project.

Important information

The Seeknit CURVE system uses two screw sizes:

  • M1.8 for needle sizes 2.0–3.25mm
  • M2 for needle sizes 3.5–10.0mm

Suitable for

Circular knitting, garments, accessories, and projects requiring smooth stitch movement and flexible needle setups.

There is something quietly transformative about tools that remove friction from the process. These needle tips are designed to do just that, allowing each stitch to move naturally, so your focus can remain on the rhythm of making, stitch by stitch.

Super quick postage and I appreciated the little hand signed note. The shortie needles together with a short cord were a perfect length for knitting sleeves and cuff ribs. My Seeknit collection is becoming quietly addictive!

Thank you for your order and kind words.

These needles have grip whilst still being smooth enough to move yarn along the needle without snagging. These are the perfect length for me to knit socks with and the quality of the is excellent.

Thank you for your order and kind words.

Bit disappointed with the uneven colour between the two needle tips.

Thank you for your review. SEEKNIT needle tips are beautifully crafted from natural Moso bamboo, so variations in colour and grain are part of what makes each needle unique. These natural differences highlight the authentic character of the bamboo and do not affect the needles’ quality or performance.

This set is a must buy, then you can add the other needles and cords in the range as you see fit.
I am of the opinion that these needles and cords are a great value for money given the quality. I really enjoy knitting with them and they have quickly become my go to set. They are so silent and smooth to knit with. They have no irritating join, just a seamless brass metal connector. The cords don’t twist or bend, but rather they keep there shape without being rigid or kinked. LOVE THEM!

I found the join between the needle and the cable to be quite a steep angle so the yarn doesn’t run smoothly over the join.
I didn’t enjoy using these.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts.

I’m really sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy using these needles and that the join between the cable and needle wasn’t smooth for you. That should never get in the way of your stitches flowing. I completely understand how frustrating it can be when your yarn catches instead of gliding.

Your feedback is incredibly helpful, and I’ll make sure it’s passed on to the manufacturer. If you’d like, I’d be very happy to help you find an alternative needle style or brand that offers a smoother join — there are some lovely options with more gradual transitions that many of our customers (and I!) find a joy to knit with.

Thank you again for letting me know — every stitch of feedback helps.

Mi first time with Seeknit needles. I love it!

The bamboo used in the needle tips is lovely and smooth to the touch - obviously necessary for snag resistance. The reason that I chose this set is because the needle tips are smaller than usual and also the sizes go down to 2mm which also seems to be unusual here in the UK. Finally I love the beautiful good quality cotton case. I only have one small reservation which is the use of plastic for the needle slots - partly because of environmental concerns but also because I worry that it might go brittle and crack over time.

These knitting needles are beautiful, wonderful to use, but expensive. A considered purchase, but for me, absolutely worth it.
