An exclusive McIntosh knitting kit

This super-soft rectangular wrap is made in ffluff - a blend of brushed hand-dyed baby suri alpaca and mulberry silk.

Knitted on the bias and starting with a few stitches this wrap increases up to its full width incorporating two lacy panels, continues for a straight garter stitch section before decreasing back down to a point via two more lace panels that mirror the first.

A relaxing knit.

An intermediate knitting kit in 1 size measuring 80cm (31.5") x 155cm (61") when blocked to size..

Kit contains:

  • 2 skeins of McIntosh ffluff in colour way of your choice - image is Cherry Lips
  • McIntosh tote bag.
  • McIntosh labels with care instructions.
  • Pattern not included but available in Knitting Magazine issue 251.

ffluff by McIntosh is a stunning blend of 75% baby Suri alpaca spun together with 25% Grade A Mulberry Silk.

Knitting from a skein: wind each skein into a ball before knitting. We recommend leaving the wool in skein form until prior to knitting to protect the fibre tension.

Pattern: available in Knitting Magazine issue 251.

A note on colour: as yarn colours vary in different lighting conditions and electronic screens vary too, there may be a slight variation in the product colour. As all of our yarn is hand-dyed, each batch is as unique as you are. We recommend alternating between 2 skeins as you knit throughout the garment.

Care instructions: hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry.

Returns: we want you to be thrilled with McIntosh. If not, we will refund or change your yarn within 60 days.  Simple.
